RevGainX — Privacy Policy

Quick summary

RevGainX is a monetized app that requires users to create an account and sign in. We collect limited personal data (account information, email, and identifiers) and usage data to provide the service, support in-app purchases, show ads (where applicable), and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account & contact data: email address, username, profile information you provide when you register or update your account.
• Authentication data: password hash, authentication tokens (used to sign in). We recommend using strong passwords and secure authentication options when available.
• Usage data: app activity, preferences, feature usage and settings, session length, error and crash logs (technical only).
• Device & connectivity data: device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (Advertising ID), IP address, and network information to deliver the app experience and analytics.
• Payments data: when you make in-app purchases, payment is handled by Google Play — we receive transaction IDs and purchase status but we do not store full payment card details.
• Advertising & analytics data: data collected by third-party ad and analytics providers (see "Third parties" below).

2. How we use your information

We use collected data to:

• Create and manage your RevGainX account and authenticate sign-ins.
• Provide and personalize app features, and remember your preferences.
• Process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Deliver relevant advertising and measure ad performance (where applicable).
• Analyze and improve the app, fix bugs, and monitor performance.
• Communicate important updates, security notices, and respond to support requests.

3. Sharing and third parties

We may share information in the following limited ways:

• Service providers: analytics, hosting, crash reporting, payment verification, and ad networks. These parties process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, to respond to legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RevGainX, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if RevGainX is sold or merged, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction (we will notify affected users).

We do not sell personal information.

4. Advertising and analytics

RevGainX may use advertising partners and analytics providers (for example: Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, and similar services). These partners collect data such as Advertising ID, device information, and event data to provide personalized ads and analytics. You can opt out of personalized ads at the device level through your device settings.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Examples include encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS), secure password storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure — if you suspect a security issue, please contact us immediately at privacy@revgainx.com.

7. Children

Our app is intended for users aged 13+ (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting, or limiting processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@revgainx.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If you use Google Play, you can also manage purchases, subscriptions and app permissions through your Google account and device settings.

9. Links & external services

Our app may contain links to third-party sites and services. This policy does not apply to third-party sites — please review their privacy policies before providing information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by email when required. The "Effective date" at the top shows when this version took effect.
